    It is five years since the changes brought about by the Local Government Act 2000 and now is a good time to review arrangements for partnership working, delegation, overview and scrutiny, and cabinet working.
  4. A review of Member time
    This is a unique service offered by the Political Skills Forum to review how effectively Members’ time is being used to have maximum impact.
  5. Working in a political environment
    Helps senior managers in local government and partner organisations to work in political environments and motivate councillors.
